All services are completed by MY WRITERS and our assigned writers/editors. We manage the order process, assign suitable writers, review the work, and deliver the completed work according to the client's requirements.
2. Our Responsibility
- MY WRITERS is responsible for coordinating and delivering the ordered writing or editing service.
- We assign writers or editors based on the service requirements and availability.
- We aim to provide professional-quality work within the agreed delivery timeframe.
- Clients must provide clear and accurate instructions, requirements, reference materials, and other necessary information.
3. Payments
- All prices are agreed before work begins.
- Payments are non-refundable once an order has been started.
- Delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or unclear information provided by the client may affect the delivery time.
- Additional work outside the original order may require an additional payment.
4. Project Requirements
- Clients must provide complete and accurate details, guidelines, instructions, and reference materials before the writer begins the work.
- Writers will follow the information and requirements provided by the client.
- Any major changes or additional requirements after work has started may require additional charges.
5. Revisions & Delivery
- Revisions are provided according to the package or service purchased.
- Revision requests should be related to the original instructions provided with the order.
- Major changes or completely new requirements may require additional payment.
- Delivery times depend on the type, length, complexity, and requirements of the project.
6. Ownership & Rights
- After full payment, the final approved content delivered to the client belongs to the client, subject to any applicable third-party materials or licenses.
- MY WRITERS may use non-confidential completed work as portfolio samples unless the client requests otherwise.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that the delivered content is suitable for their intended use.
7. Originality & Plagiarism
- We aim to provide original content and avoid plagiarism.
- Clients should review the delivered work before publishing, submitting, or using it.
- Any concerns regarding plagiarism or originality should be reported to MY WRITERS as soon as possible so they can be reviewed and addressed.
8. Communication & Support
- Customer support is available through our website, email, or contact form.
- Clients should communicate through the provided support channels regarding order requirements, revisions, and delivery.
- Additional writing, editing, or updates after completion of an order may require a new order.
9. Limitation of Liability
- MY WRITERS is responsible for providing the services ordered by the client according to the agreed requirements.
- We do not guarantee grades, academic results, job placement, sales, business success, or any specific outcome from the use of the delivered content.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and determining how they use or submit the delivered content.
- MY WRITERS is not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of MY WRITERS and its services after changes are published means that you agree to the updated Terms of Service.
